Silent But Deadly is a Stim that makes the user/consumer's movement and crafting sounds nearly silent for 2 minutes. It's active time can be increased to 2 minutes and 42 seconds with the perk Chemist.
Silent But Deadly can be found in the Addict, Ninja and Boar Hunter airdrops, as well as in lockers and medicine cabinets.
