Orange Juice is a special Stim that has the same effect as using MuscleMan Milk, Iron 4-Skin and X-plosive Runs as it give +15% damage with all weapons, -15% damage income and +25% movement speed for 2 minutes. It's active time can be increased to 4 minutes with the perk Chemist.

Orange Juice can be found in customizable airdrops, the Medic airdrop, lockers, and medicine cabinets.
